How to make saffron syrup

Ingredients for saffron syrup for 4 people:

 

saffron washed: half a tbsp
Roseback: 3 tbsp
Water: half a liter
Sugar: as much as you like
 

To prepare saffron syrup, first pour water into the pot and place it on a gas flame to reach boiling temperature.

Then lower the gas and add the sugar to the water and stir the mixture of sugar and water well.

After dissolving the sugar in the water, add the soaked saffron to a mixture of water and sugar, and mix the stuffed syrup well so that the saffron syrup becomes homogeneous. After all the ingredients of the syrup are mixed together, add the rose water and place the syringe again for about 15 minutes on the heat to thicken the syrup.

After that time, remove the pot from the heat of the gas and after cooling the syrup, place it inside the glass container and place the container inside the refrigerator.

To serve the saffron syrup, add one third of the glass to the syrup and fill the rest of the glass with cool water and pour some ice into the glass.
