"We have about 205 rural cooperatives in this province, and we are one of the record provinces," he said.
The director and chairman of the board of the Central Organization of Rural Cooperatives of Iran added that there are about 13 rural women's rural cooperatives in the province.
Shirzad noted: "There are also 122 active agricultural cooperatives in the province, along with five agricultural cooperative associations." We have one of the highest records in active rural cooperatives.
He noted that in the agricultural sector, which is active in the field of agricultural activities and has many activities in the social insurance sector, Khorasan Razavi province is a record holder.
Managing director and chairman of the Central Organization of Rural Cooperative Organization of Iran said: "We have seen 540 active organizations in rural and agricultural sectors in Khorasan province covering about 640 thousand people.
Shirzad has said: Khasaran Razavi's rural cooperative network has been able to buy 67 thousand tons of wheat in recent months. During this time, 7,000 tonnes of rapeseed and 4,000 tonnes of livestock in the province were also bought.
He said that Khorasan Sarazu is ready to buy his milk in the coming months to 7,000 tons, and next year 7,000 tons of rapeseed will certainly reach 10,000 tons.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Central Organization of Rural Cooperatives of Iran added: "We succeeded in a targeted marketing intervention last year to buy 68 tons of saffron in three large Khorasan provinces with Khorasan-e-Zaza center.
Shirzad recalled: Of these, we have now managed to sell about 41 tons of it in the best possible way, with the price discovery mechanism on the stock exchange and the cooperation of businessmen.
"Also, next week, about 7.5 tons of saffron will be ready to sell, it seems we will be able to sell all of these 68 tons of saffron in a month and a half."
